| Your thoughts on my suggested BG revisions in WoW? Preferably I wanted to post a couple revisions that CAN be done to battlegrounds in WoW. My thoughts: 1. All BOA (Bind on Account) items are not permitted inside BG. I believe BOAs should be remain in the outside PvP world and PvE b/c it makes twinks really unstoppable at times. 2. There should be a limited amount of Death Knights to enter the BG whichever side. I believe doing so will provide a fairness as I noticed twink DKs in pairs make sashami out of my bones. Where's the fun in that? They should queue them in moderation of the next BG session in order to balance the level of play. Its not that I'm complaining (i do okay PvP wise) its just I wanted to put it out there if anyone has any suggestions on how to make battlegrounds more appealing, fun and fair then feel free to mention. | 1) bind on account items are mainly purchased to level characters faster. the stats on them go up accordingly based on your level. there is nothing twink or cheatish about them. compare the stats to some other gear and you will see they are not even the best gear you could get. furthermore, how do you propose blizz would even police such a thing? like, if those are the only shoulders or whatever someone has, how is blizz going to effectivly change them or whatever for bgs? cause you cant FORCE someone to carry around an extra pair of shoulders. either that or they would be forced to impliment some huge patch that changes all BoA gear the second you queue for a BG. plus, its a lot of work to get some of that BoA gear and i think anyone who ran anything long enough to get the badges to buy them should be able to use them without worrying if they are going to be taken away in certain situations. and now that you can level in BGs, a lot of people are doing that in place of the long slow grind of questing, so it would be particularly unfair to take away the main reason people bought them in the first place. 2) there are too many DKs out there. i will give you that much, because the day Lich King came out, everyone who bought the game and leveled a char to 55 JUST to play a death knight made a death knight, along with all the 80s who wanted to make one too. but once again, how exactly do you propose blizz impliments something like that? you cant control who wants to go into BGs. so if the majority of people in line for a BG are death knights, there is nothing blizz can do to stop them, or your going to end up waiting ten years for the BG to fill up with other ****. theres no way to police this, just like there is no way to police what type of character someone starts. blizz cant look and say "oh, theres too many blood elf palidens on this server, so we will not let anyone start a blood elf pally on this server". its an impossible thing to do because it limits how the game is played and would just end up pissing people off. all blizz can control is population, not who wants to do what. so they can put a cap on how many people can be ON a server, but they cant control what characters people want to make, or what people want to do with them. that would just increase wait times, lead to angry customers, and all sorts of other **** i probably havent thought of yet. plus, if someone took the time to make a twink or whatever just to play BG's, who is blizz to say they cant, or that they have to wait longer just because the BG they are tying to get in currantly has six DKs already in it? its not fair. it will just increase EVERYONES wait time, especially those who enjoy doing premades with people they know and work well with, because they will be sitting around waiting AGES for their group to get in. your plan would actually, in effect, DESTROY battlegrounds. yes, i hate when im out there doin my thing and all the sudden here come 3 death knights just to **** up my ****...but lord knows that i may never see those dudes again, and the next bg i get cycled into might be the one where my side just DESTROYS the other side. its all a game. you win some, you loose some. also, i have found that most DK's are currantly played by people who play JUST to play DK's. so as a result, they suck, and are actually quite easy to take down if you just look at their weak points. for example, my main is a fury warrior. dk death grips me, immediatly im within striking distance so i dont have to blow any of my charge or interceptish cooldowns to get close to him. i can fear him and his minion and even if he stops his fear, his minion is still running around like an idiot so i dont have to worry about his minion beating on me. the list goes on and on and on. find weak points, you can take down anyone |

Twinks, Romp, Embark, Satin Taupe, Mulch, Sable are all different gorgeous shades of brown and work great in the crease! My faves are Satin Taupe, Romp, Twinks and Embark (matte brown) If you're looking for color to put in the crease but still staying more natural I recommend: Humid (dark green), Nocturnelle (deep purple), Trax (glittery medium purple), Fig 1 (matte plum purple) Hope this helps! |
