| Well, Chelsea is going into cosmetology, so I would assume she probably plays around with it and does it herself. I honestly wouldn't suggest doing this on your own unless you have a lot of experience with dyes, because getting dark hair to blonde, even just in sections, can turn out disastrous is some cases. So I honestly suggest taking these pictures to a professional and letting her/him do it for you. If you would rather risk doing it yourself, I'd take sections at the crown of the head in a dirty blonde color, NOT PLATINUM OR ANYTHING TOO LIGHT. I would not suggest doing it in big chunks, rather, taking small sections of hair at a time and grouping some of the sections closer together than others, making bigger groups, smaller groups, varying in size, etc. Because if you look at her highlights, they aren't even all the way around, and she doesn't exactly have "chunks" either, but it does look like some sections are closer together making it appear that there's more blonde in that section.
